It is newly finished with everything you need for a wonderful, comfortable vacation.
"El Coco" is very private, and a short walk from the beach and transportation into town.
It is a two story walkup but worth it for the fantastic view!
All the furniture and decor in the bungalow is locally made.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.

Summary: Stunning views, well stocked with all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay here. We are a bit older so the 60 stairs to reach the casita was a bit tough. We felt the location was far removed from town. We could not walk to anything. Not many taxis in this area either so you have to call. But if you have all your supplies and are looking for a gorgeous, private escape, this is the place. The host was very responsive and helpful.
